sun-java6: package has been doing a good job, is testing installation, the normal Chinese, but sometimes when you install seg fault, really strange.
cpufreqd: to amend it, has been published, there is a time when power will come to the CPU, according to the use of FM from 450Mhz to 900Mhz, the use of battery time by more than 200 Mhz to around 800Mhz, it should be saving more, there is not so hot . 
Note: Since the Eee PC for less than the normal boot files, so cpufreqd I Xsession on the inside, will start automatically.
Do not want to start, then deleted / etc/X11/Xsession.d/90cpufreqd it.

Yes, please file the configuration file for cpufreqd in / etc /
You can set the minimum and maximum frequencies there.

Thanks for your information, after i verified setting in the cpufreqd.conf, the Mplayer can play video smoothly when i change the minfreq from 60% to 80%.

Look at the bottom of the file, actually it seems that you can set cpufreqd to run at full speed if you are running some specific program, like mplayer. But I haven't try to config that.
