hi Fai,
but after i typed in the 'pico / etc / apt / sources.list' more than two lines appear:
# deb http://ftp.twaren.net.tw/debian/ etch main contrib non-free
and something like
# deb http://www.calno.com etch-backports main
and deb http://pic.wepc.org/fai/updates p701 main
totally 12 lines read
do i need to delete them or?? since i cannot delete them all?
would u please tell me what happen with it??

Hi Fai,
but when i enter the 'pico / etc / apt / sources.list' i saw not two lines but 12 lines of commands then shall i delete them n left the first 2 lines or what to do??

I guess you have installed Lazyeeepc or something like that, right?
Yes, you can do so, or put a "#" at the beginning of those lines.

Enter "sudo apt-key add xepc-pubkey.txt", in:
gpg: can't open 'xepc-pubkey.txt' there is no such a file or directory

Go to "About XEPC.org" one, that key to download files.
If your machine is new and can be installed directly XEPC CD-ROM version of the reduction, function more homogeneous and updated.

Well, I followed your steps, but it still gave me an error similar to Ken Liao. However, I went into synaptic (ctrl alt delete sudo synaptic enter) and installed wine frm there with no troubles
