OpenOffice.org 2.4.0 Eee PC optimize versions
May 7, 2008 - 9:02 pmOpenOffice.org 2.4.0 has been for some time, and Debian etch also upgrade package, of course, will not XEPC.org have missed this important update.
The upgrade is also the method is the same as before, using 2 will be able to command, the first to open Terminal (Ctrl-Alt-T) again:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade or sudo apt-get install openoffice.org

PS. The next version of the upgrade and restore the CD will include OpenOffice.org 2.4.0.

I have a eeePC 900 which shipped with OOo 2.0. Following your instructions i get the following message:
openoffice.org is already the newest version.
Do I need to add another repository?
